Tippy’s family came to the United States as refugees in the late 1970s. She grew up in the small town of Rosemount, Minnesota, raised by a single mother whose fighting spirit, persistence, and courage deeply influenced her. Her mother instilled the importance of working hard for your goals and remaining grateful for those who guide you along the way.
Outside of work, Tippy stays connected to her Lao community, enjoys cooking, family time, exploring local restaurants, and supporting small businesses. She travels when she can and loves creating lasting memories with her family.
