Contact your carrier directly to open the claim, or reach out to us first and we'll help you do it. Most carriers have 24/7 claims lines and app-based filing.

Let us know you have an open claim. We'll monitor progress, follow up with the carrier if things stall, and advocate for a fair settlement on your behalf.

Document Everything

Photos, receipts, estimates, and written communication all help. We can advise on what documentation matters most for your specific claim type.

Resolution

Your carrier works toward a settlement. If you disagree with the outcome, you have options — including appraisal or mediation. We can guide you through those too.
